1500 Haultain Street - Environmental Remediation

The project involved the removal of contaminated soils from a commercial property that was previously a drycleaner's. We excavated and moved the material to a holding cell, from where it was loaded onto trucks for transport to a specialized facility as part of the environmental cleanup process. Collaborating closely with a Geotech Engineer, we dug around the building in small sections to ensure safety for both our team and the building itself. We filled deep sections with low-density fill, landscaped the area, and constructed a fence to complete the commercial property remediation.
