Starting his journey in equipment operation at the young age of seven on his father's farm at PND Soil & Gravel in Langford, Nirmal Johal has shown unwavering commitment to the industry ever since. With extensive experience, he has built a skilled team adept at managing projects of all sizes. Nirmal has developed a strong expertise in civil construction and has taken on major environmental remediation projects, which include notable sites such as Armins Pl, Trevors Pl, Cowling Drive, Rock Bay Victoria, Yarrow's shipyard, Mt. Washington copper mine, and many others.

Nicholas Johal, following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather, began operating equipment on his late grandfather's farm at PND Soil & Gravel in Langford at the young age of eight. With a continuous presence in the civil construction industry ever since, now at 24 years old, he has absorbed valuable lessons from his dad and grandpa. As he leads our operations and jobsites, he brings a well-rounded understanding of civil construction and experience in environmental remediation projects. 

After attending business school for two years, Nicholas further honed his skills by completing a certificate program in Water Distribution System Operation & Maintenance through the California State University Office of Water Programs, along with pursuing other relevant industry-related schooling.
